Even though the salesman had left the company by the time I needed the service, MotoItaliano still honored the departed salesman's promise- now that's Integrity (with a capital 'I')! This place is amazing, just totally customer oriented. They'll do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer. I shall never buy another motorcycle anyplace else except here.
